Take part in a morning yoga session to start your day on the right foot. Guided by an experienced yoga teacher, you'll be able to stretch your body while also helping your mind regain vitality.
During the session, you will perform a series of poses (asanas) that will help tone your body, improving flexibility, strength and balance. Our teacher will guide you through each movement with clear instructions and personalized advice.
